The Presidency has said that Emir of Kano and former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Lamido Sanusi was not in possession of facts aboutthe Central Consolidated Account domiciled in the apex bank and so, could not have spoken with precision on the over drawing made by government from the account.
