The member representing Warri South Constituency1 at the Delta State House of Assembly, Mrs. Omawumi Udoh, is dead.
Sources told Punch that the lawmaker died in a London hospital after battling with a protracted health challenge on Wednesday morning. She was 56 years old.
However, dependable sources also told the media house that the fourth-term lawmaker died of a cancer-related ailment.
She was of the Peoples Democratic Party.
